QR‑Enabled Poster Presentation Option

Students who are unable to present in person may participate through a QR‑enabled poster presentation. This option allows you to showcase your work by creating a poster that includes a 2–3 minute recorded explanation, accessible via a QR code embedded in the poster.

This presentation format is available only to Ecampus students or to students with approved scheduling conflicts.

QR‑enabled posters will be displayed alongside in‑person presentations, allowing attendees to engage with your research asynchronously.
