What is a 1098-T Form?

As a student, Oregon State University sends you a 1098-T form which indicates the tuition and scholarships from the previous year. This form is needed for you to claim education credits or tuition and fees deduction on your tax return.  There are two education credits that can be worth thousands of dollars.
